The display is protected by a cover of thick foam, with supplementary partitions into the foam and slits with separators for spare parts or accessories.
Plasma, LCD or LED Flight Case can be made of different materials, from 7 mm to 9 mm Baltic birch plywood to composite materials or the best quality plastic sheets.

– 30×30 mm aluminium extrusions
– Heavy duty galvanised steel corners
– 6 recessed galvanised steel handles
– 4 heavy duty recessed galvanised steel butterfly catches
– Plastazote shock absorbant inserts (29 kg/mc or 45 kg/mc density) of at least 30 mm thickness
– Heavy duty blue wheels (up to 450kg) of 100 mm (2 with brakes, 2 without)
– Optionally, customised logo through engraving or stencil process
– Optionally, any RAL colour
